Kaplans accepts jewellery, watches, silver, precious stones, coins, and fashion accessories for sale at auction. We have auctions every week and we welcome submissions every weekday throughout the year.

In-store submissions

Our store is located at Biblioteksgatan 5 in central Stockholm. Valuations are open weekdays between 10am and 6pm.

When our experts receive items you want to sell at auction, you will be given a receipt.

Once a valuation is complete, we will contact you and suggest a starting price and a reserve price. The starting price is based on prices achieved in previous sales. The reserve price is the lowest price for which an item can be sold at auction. We will also advise you which auction is most suitable for your item.

Sending in items

If you send in items to us, you need to make sure that they are properly insured. Kaplans cannot be held responsible for items sent to us until we have received them.

When we have valued an item, we will contact you via email or telephone to discuss a suitable auction opportunity, starting price, and reserve price. If, following contact with us, you are unsatisfied with a valuation, Kaplans will return your item to you free of charge.
