Logging into your Kaplans account

To ensure you have access to all the functions the Kaplans website has to offer, you need to log into the site using your personal customer number and password. Click on “Log in” at the top of this page to log in.

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on “Forgotten Password”. We will send you a reset email with instructions on how to change your password. If you do not have an email registered with us, please contact our Customer service.

If you would like to register as a Kaplans customer, click on "New Customers" in the sidebar menu to the left and follow the instructions.

Submitting bids

If you would like to submit a bid, you need to log in with your customer number and your password. You then choose an item and enter your maximum bid. Kaplans will automatically place bids on your behalf up to your maximum bid.

Shopping

Spotted something special in our store? If you would like to purchase an item from our store, you will need to log into the website.

Once you’re logged in, go to the item you would like to buy and click on “Buy”. When you are ready to pay for your item simply go to “My Pages” and click on “Pay” and then follow the instructions.
