SET OF SHIRT BUTTONS, 18K gold, each centrally set with sugarloaf cabochon cut moonstones, calibre cut sapphires, mother of pearl ground enclosed by black enamel, millegrain decoration, circa 1920, Swedish assay marks, length 1,9 cm, weight 10,4 g, solders, probably remade from cufflinks, one is damaged and one sapphire is missing, original case from Nordiska Kompaniet.
