All items purchased in our online store or at our realtime auctions can be returned.
You have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receipt of delivery without providing any specific reason.
For our hammer auctions, the right of return does not apply regardless of whether a bid is placed in our auction room or online.
How to return a purchase
Send us a message stating that you wish to return your purchase. This can be done by letter or e-mail.
When returning goods, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We regret that we are unable to accept responsibility for goods while being shipped back to Kaplans.
Christmas
Over Christmas, we have extended the right of return in our online store to January 7th.
As usual, the right of return on realtime auctions is 14 days.
